1. Overview

Meuww's Stream is a competitive Trading Card Game for 2 or more players, themed around the world of live streaming. Each player builds a deck of 60 cards and races to reduce opponents' life totals from 20 to 0.

The central mechanic is streaming. Many cards trigger effects "whenever you stream." A Stream Event fires whenever a card's text says so — from attacking, from entering the Live Feed, or from other effects. All stream triggers resolve simultaneously.

ℹ Full rules are in active development. Core mechanics are stable; edge-case rulings will be documented as playtesting continues.

2. Zones

Each player has their own set of zones. Cards on the Live Feed are visible to all players.

Zone	Description
Broadcast Queue	Your deck. Face-down. Draw from the top. If you must draw from an empty queue, you lose.
Off-Camera	Your hand. Hidden from opponents.
Live Feed	Your battlefield. Creators, Studio Setups, Stream Modifiers, and Equipment/Tech you've played live here.
Stream Archive	Your graveyard. Face-up. Clip Replay and Rebroadcast can cast cards from here.
Account Suspension	Exile. Cards here are removed from the game and typically cannot be accessed.
Content Zone	Command zone. In Commander format, your chosen Commander lives here when not on the Live Feed.

3. Turn Structure

Each turn consists of the following phases in order:

1 Refresh Phase Untap all your exhausted cards.

2 Alert Phase Upkeep triggers fire.

3 Broadcast Phase Draw one card from your Broadcast Queue.

4 Content Phase 1 Play cards from Off-Camera. Activate abilities.

5 Signal Phase Declare intent to raid. Beginning-of-combat triggers fire.

6 Raid Phase Declare attackers. Opponent declares blockers. Resolve combat.

7 Post-Raid Phase End-of-combat triggers fire.

8 Content Phase 2 Second main phase. Play more cards.

9 Archive Phase End-of-turn triggers fire. Discard down to 7 cards.

4. The Stream Mechanic

The Stream is the core unique mechanic of Meuww's Stream. When any effect says "stream," a Stream Event fires. All abilities that say "whenever you stream" trigger simultaneously and resolve in the order you choose.

Stream Events are not spells — they do not use the stack by default. Common ways a Stream Event occurs:

Stream on Attack: Fires when that Creator declares an attack.
Stream on enters the Live Feed: Fires as that Creator enters play.
Stream on Archive: Fires when that Creator goes to the Stream Archive.
Spell text "Stream." A Sorcery or Raid Interrupt may contain Stream as a direct effect.

⚡ Multiple stream triggers from the same event resolve simultaneously. The active player orders them if sequencing matters.

5. Raid Phase

During the Raid Phase, you may declare any number of your untapped Creators on the Live Feed as attackers.

Tap each attacker (unless it has On-Air).
Your opponent declares blockers — any untapped Creator can block unless restricted by keywords.
A Creator with Viral Reach can only be blocked by Creators with Viral Reach or Trending.
Each Creator deals its SP (Stream Power) to whatever it fights. Unblocked Creators deal SP to the opponent.
Creators that take damage equal to or exceeding their Health go to the Stream Archive.

Raid Interrupts can be played during the Raid Phase, giving both players options to pump, protect, or remove threats before damage resolves.

6. Winning

A player wins when all opponents have been reduced to 0 life. If a player must draw from an empty Broadcast Queue, they lose immediately.

In multiplayer, eliminated players leave their cards in place until end of turn, then all their permanents leave the Live Feed.

Black Core Cardstock

Cardstock with a black centre layer sandwiched between two white outer layers. Prevents light showing through when held up (opacity). Standard for Magic: the Gathering. Only available from specialised TCG printers (MPC, EZRA, VNK) — not from Czech commodity printers.

Plastic Cards

HIPS (High-Impact Polystyrene): Semi-rigid, waterproof, 0.75 mm typical. Letaky4u offers this.
PVC: Fully flexible, used for credit-card style items.
100% plastic (MPC P10): Best durability, fully waterproof, most expensive.

Surface Finishes

Lamination

Gloss: Shiny, vibrant colours, fingerprint-prone.
Matte: Flat, elegant, hides fingerprints, slightly muted colour.
Soft-touch: Velvety, premium feel, used on high-end TCG cards.

Foil Effects

Hot foil stamping: Metallic foil pressed onto specific areas using a heated die. Gold, silver, colours. Letaky4u (+15%).
Cold foil / spot cold foil: Foil applied via adhesive then UV cured. No die needed. MPC offers gold, silver, holographic.
Holographic rainbow foil: Full-card iridescent foil layer before printing. Colour-shifting, very eye-catching. Available at MPC, EZRA, VNK.

UV Coating

Spot UV / 3D partial varnish: Glossy raised varnish on specific areas while the rest stays matte. Creates visual and tactile contrast. Letaky4u +15%, MPC available.

Edge Treatments

Gilt (gold/silver) edges: Card edges painted or foiled in metallic. MPC: +€2.57/deck at 100 units. Very premium effect.
Standard white edges: Default on all printers.

Embossing / Debossing

Raises or depresses a design into the card surface. Usually applied to boxes or specific feature cards. Adds tactile texture and a premium feel.

Packaging Options

Tuck box: Standard playing card box. Folds flat for storage/shipping. Can be fully custom printed. MPC: +€1.50/deck at 100 units (full colour).
Plastic clamshell: Clear rigid plastic box. Shows cards through packaging. Bonaparte offers this.
